Returns Policy

UK
Orders received before 12.30hrs GMT Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day and despatched within 24 hours (subject to stock availability). The purchaser will be notified of order status within 24 hours by email.
• Orders are shipped on Business Days only.
• We're sorry, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes
• Call us at 0845 225 5778 with any shipping questions.
UK postage and packaging will be £4.50 GBP for purchases up to £50 and will be delivered by Royal Mail, First class reordered delivery (this usually takes 3-5 working days). See table below for full explanation of delivery charges.

• Express/Priority Shipping: Make your product selections, complete your order online, select your preferred shipping method. Review and print your order. Express orders have a £6 upgrade charge and Priority has a £12 upgrade charge from the table below.

Rest of Europe
Postage and packaging will be by prior agreement and will be despatched by an international courier for your designated area. You will need to approve and pay for your purchase prior to delivery. Timescales are usually 7-14 days.

Rest of the World
Postage and packaging will be by prior arrangement.

Express and Priority orders are subject to a £6 rush service fee in addition to the normal upgrade charge.
