Shipping Information

CHECKING ON THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
No matter how you have placed your order with Nubian Natural, you may use our Order form to inquire about it. One of our Nubian Natural Customer Care representatives will contact you, in your preferred manner, within 24 hours.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a no quibble returns policy on all non-personal hygiene goods that are returned to us, unopened. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling for any reason within 28 days of delivery. If you are not clear as to what goods are applicable under this returns policy, please contact our Customer Care department or your Nubian Natural Consultant for assistance.
Please complete the Order Status and Return form and submit it to us. Be sure to check the "I'd like to return product. " box. We will email you a "return authorization number" & instructions on how to proceed in 2-3 business days. After reading, you should print the email, and include it in your package. Ship by Royal Mail recorded delivery, for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. You can also call our Customer Care department on 0845 225 5778, or your Nubian Natural Consultant for assistance. Remember to include your original invoice and your return authorization number, then send item(s) to:
